1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the bm69 platform on any device or web browser, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses bm69's services, including its website, mobile app, and any other digital channels operated by bm69. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
The bm69 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering and using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the applicable legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one bm69 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. bm69 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the personal information in their account remains up to date and accurate at all times.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. bm69 will never ask for your password via email or direct message.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
- Users must notify bm69 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Bm69 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, or actions that could cause harm to bm69 or other users is strictly prohibited.
Specifically prohibited activities include: attempting to disrupt or impair the platform's functionality; using automated software, bots, or other methods to exploit the system; spreading false or misleading information; and any attempt to access another user's account or bm69's internal systems without authorisation.
Users also agree not to share their account with any third party or transfer account access rights to anyone else. bm69 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension, in the event of any breach of these usage rules.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the bm69 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them personally. bm69 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Deposits successfully credited to a user's account are final. Requests to cancel a processed deposit will not be entertained unless a technical error can be verified by bm69. Withdrawals will be processed via the designated method and are subject to identity verification procedures where required.
Bm69 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where there are indications of suspicious activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, users will be notified and given the opportunity to provide the necessary clarification.

- Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed before the process is confirmed
- Bm69 is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors
5. Limitation of Liability
Bm69 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, bm69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses from betting activity.
Bm69 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including infrastructure failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the bm69 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bm69 or its respective licensors. Users are not granted any rights or licences to use, copy, modify, or distribute any such content without prior written consent from bm69.
Using the bm69 name, logo, or any of our trademarks for commercial or personal purposes without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action. User content uploaded to our platform is subject to a limited licence permitting bm69 to use it for platform operations.
6. Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Bm69 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons beyond bm69's control are entitled to request a refund of any valid account balance.
Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting bm69 customer support. The request will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
The bm69 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. bm69 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the relevant courts in Malaysia. bm69 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform.
